Award for innovative Best Practice Enterprise: TOP-Ehrenpreis 2003 for rose plastic AG handed over by Rezzo Schlauch (former member of Baden Wuerttemberg Landtag)
The TOP programme is a country-wide action with the aim to offer innovative enterprises a platform for exchanging views. So far, more than 22 000 specialists have profited from this Best Practice Dialogue. At present, more than 100 enterprises sponsor this TOP idea by their membership and invite interested people to visit their company. The organizations BDI, DIHK, RKW and ZDH and others act as multiplyers of this good idea.
This year´s winner of the “TOP Ehrenpreis”, rose plastic GmbH, have convinced by their comprehensive and continuous striving for a employee- and customer-oriented system established within the whole company group. By this, the manufacturers of protective plastic packaging systems continually improve their quality according to their motto: “rose plastic on their way to become a learning enterprise”. For their carefully worked out employee integration system they were given the „Best Factory Award“ in 1999. In 2002 they gained the award “Bavaria´s Best 50“. From the year 2000 on rose plastic has been a successful member of the TOP programme with a high level performance in presenting the subject; this has been confirmed by all TOP visitors during the years – one of the reasons why they have been chosen for the “TOP Ehrenpreis”.
