Best Factory Award
Dr. Lothar Spaeth, former Governor of Baden Wuerttemberg, presented to rose plastic the Best Factory Award at a ceremony in Stuttgart. The award is presented after a year of study by a team from Export Akademia in Reutlingen. The award is based on the findings of this team of experts which has compared specific features of competing companies and analysed them. The comparative analysis is a system developed and designed by the Crawford School of Management in the United Kingdom.
Features of the companies which are analysed are innovation, leadership, training of staff members, international presence, on-time deliveries and inventory control.
Dr. Spaeth noted when presenting this distinguished award to Peter Roesler that rose plastic rated highly in many areas of the analysis. He mentioned that as a medium sized privately owned company, rose plastic has achieved great success in teamwork, training, development of new products and international presence with plants in Hergensweiler (Germany), California, Pennsylvania (USA) and sales and distribution in United Kingdom, France and other European countries and license partners in Asia.
