Polyamide
A polyamide is a polymer containing monomers joined by peptide bonds. They can occur both naturally, examples being wool and silk, and can be artificial, examples being Nylon and Kevlar. The material category polyamide 6 (PA 6) provides universal materials for mechanically resilient function parts. Polyamides are high impact resistant especially at cold temperatures, and resistant to abrasion.
